Molly Philip 

Molly Philip, RN, one of Hope Endowment’s founders, plays a crucial role through her local non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. She utilizes the funds raised through this organization here to allow her NGO in India to carry out the daily operations of Hope’s home and school in India. Our partnership with Molly’s local organization and NGO are vital for Hope Endowment to provide for our children’s welfare, and to carry out its philanthropic mission in India. 

Niraj Patel

Dr. Niraj Patel is a board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.  He has received numerous awards in his career including Physician of the Year (2008) Methodist Sugar Land Hospital and Best Education @ Memorial Hermann Ft. Bend Hospital.  Niraj has been involved with providing for the needs of children in India well before Hope Endowment started. He is one of the founders of Hope and was instrumental in formalizing the idea of Hope into the organization that exists today. He created the idea of the Hope Jars allowing his own children to learn about philanthropy and giving. He applies his passion for medicine and education through his work at the Hope Endowment.

Nimish Kadakia

Dr. Nimish Kadakia is a board certified fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in the care of sports injuries. He is also dedicated to the care of traumatic injuries and fractures. His surgical practice encompasses a wide scope of orthopedic care and includes surgeries of the hip, knee, ankle, shoulder and elbow. He has been recently recognized as a Physician of Excellence and Top Doc in Orange County. Dr. Kadakia is happily married, has two children, and lives in Orange County. He enjoys outdoor activities and is an active triathlete, cyclist, and runner. In addition to work and family, Dr. Kadakia has been instrumental in the founding of Hope Endowment. His passion for the children in India has led him to hold multiple fundraising events in Los Angeles and supported Hope in their current project to build a home in Gujarat. He recently traveled to India and saw firsthand how Hope Endowment is changing the lives of the the children of Hope.

Parin Shah

Dr. Parin Shah is a Board Certified Emergency Medicine physician and president of e•merge physicians.  In 2010 he took his whole family to Hope Endowment’s Kerala site and they all fell in love with the children and the Hope Endowment organization.  Since then he has been a very active board member and has taken his family to see the orphans in India multiple times.   His wife, Dr. Monisha Shah, is a Pediatric Emergency Medicine physician and he has 3 children.

Atul Dhingra

Dr. Dhingra is a native Houstonian. He received his BS in Zoology from University of Texas in Austin and his medical degree from University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He completed his residency in emergency medicine at University of Texas in Houston. He is board-certified in emergency medicine by ABEM. Dr. Dhingra is a former EMS Asst Medical Director for Houston Fire Department. He also served as the Asst Medical Director for St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital Emergency Services. He currently is the COO/Managing Partner for Sphier Emergency Room (free standing emergency room) in Katy, Tx. He also is the CEO/CMO for rapidly growing ultrasound company, Roshal Imaging Services. Finally, he is a managing partner for Eco Pharmacy, group of small retail pharmacies. Dr. Dhingra is an aspirational golfer, enjoys playing basketball, and loves to travel. When he’s not working (which isn’t often), he enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons, and daughter.

Dr. S. Nicholas Desai

Dr. S. Nicholas Desai is a board certified foot surgeon who specializes in all aspects of adult and pediatric foot and ankle disorders.  In addition to being a physician, he is a son, father, and husband who understands that empowering children and providing them the building blocks can help shape their future. He is one the founders of the Hope Endowment whose sole dedication is to educate and transform children’s lives to break the cycle and provide them opportunities and a bright enriched future.

Stuti Patel

Judge Stuti Trehan Patel serves Fort Bend County, Texas as an Associate District Court Judge for the 240th and 400th Texas Judicial Districts. She received her college degree with Honors from The University of Texas at Austin and her law degree from The University of Houston Law Center. She is also certified as a civil and family law mediator. For the majority of her career, she served Fort Bend County as a prosecutor for the Fort Bend County District Attorney’s Office. Judge Patel, along with her husband Mr. Hiren R. Patel and two children, are active in the local community and support many organizations that work with families and children, such as Lunches of Love, Fort Bend Women’s Center, Boy Scouts of America, Daya, Inc. and local food banks. She has established positive working relationships with the Fort Bend County Criminal Defense Attorneys’ Association, Fort Bend County District Attorney’s Office, Fort Bend County Bar Association, and numerous other local organizations and law enforcement agencies. Judge Patel volunteers her time with Hope Endowment because she is a strong believer in their mission to support and educate children in India.

Hemang Vyas

Hemang Vyas is the General Manager (GM) of Education Services at Blackbaud Inc.  Blackbaud is the world largest software company dedicated to making software for Non-Profit Organizations and provides software/services to over 30,000+ NGOs across the globe.   Hemang has a Computer Science degree from Texas A&M University and has previously lead services and education organizations for BMC Software, Eloqua, and Oracle.   He and his wife (Minal Vyas), have been active members in Hope Endowment for the last 7 Years.  His primary focus has been on Gala planning and creating a technology infrastructure for the Hope Endowment.

Nitish Sethi

Nitsh Sethi is a native Texan. He attended high school at Strake Jesuit College Preparatory and then advanced on to college at the University of Texas at Austin. After achieving his degree in Business Administration and Finance at Houston Baptist University he went on to be one of the top stock brokers in his firm. Nitsh later joined SNBT Diamonds and Jewelry and Select Jewelers. He obtained a degree in diamonds at the Gemological Institute of America and became a Partner in his business. He is a member of The Entrepreneur Organization and actively involved in his community and local charities.

Roberta Calelly

Roberta Calelly is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Masters in Accountancy from the University of Houston. When not serving the Hope Endowment, Roberta works for a private non-profit foundation in Richmond, TX. Roberta initially joined Hope in 2015 to help deliver the highly successful Hope Endowment Gala and her role has grown since. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and restoring antique furniture.
